| MALT - Majority of Australian pale malt with a small amount of crystal, to enhance colour and structure. |

| HOPS – Traditional English Style Hops. Fuggles being added at the start of the boil for bitterness and the aroma comes from the late addition of East Kent Goldings. |

| YEAST & FERMENTATION - The wort was inoculated with English ale yeast, and fermented for 6 days at 160C. |
| |
| THE BEER - at 5.0 % Black Ban Bitter, is an English style bitter with a light golden hue. The nose is a blend of toffee and caramel with fruity esters leading to a rounded full palate, finishing with the smooth bitterness from the East Kent Goldings. |

| Malt - 100% Weyeiman – Bohemian pilsner, for a light fresh colour. |

| Hops - Super pride hops were added for bittering at the start of the boil, with hensbrucker added for aroma at the end of the boil. |

| Yeast & Fermentation - The fresh wort was inoculated with a lager yeast, fermentation was conducted at 170C and lasting for 5 days. |

| The Beer - The Six Bell’s Billy’s Bock is strong, malty and full bodied. The palate is fresh and bright with a slight sweetness filling out the mid palate, leading to a clean crisp finish. 5.0% alcohol |

| Malt - Australia pale lager malt comprises the major part of the grist with additions of specialty malts – wheat, Cara and dextrin which give extra subtleties. |

| Hops - The Australian hop, Super Pride is used as the bittering hop early in the boil and the American hop, Amarillo is added late as an aroma hop |

| Yeast & Fermentation - The wort was pitched with selected Munich lager yeast and fermented at a cool temperature over an extended period to build strength. Maturation occurred at zero degrees to smooth off the flavour and condition the beer to the right carbonation. |

| The Beer - Bell’s Hells Bells is a rich, strong draught beer of 6%; its bright hue indicates a beer of great character and body. The Hops have provided a light citrus flavour and the emphatic bitterness refresh the palate; beer for savouring. |

| STOUT BILLY |
| Malt - The grist is made of a rich dark blend of chocolate, English crystal and special de-husked roast barley. |
| Hops - Super Pride of Ringwood was added early in the boil for bittering. |
| Yeast and Fermentation - A warm fermentation was conducted at 230C over a 7-day period. Traditional ale yeast was used to start the fermentation. Following fermentation the beer was chilled to 20C and stored for a further 2 weeks before kegging. |
| The Beer - Stout Billy is one of the blackest beers around with a colour of 340EBC. The aromas of coffee and dark chocolate are a direct result of the specialty malts. The palate is full rich and smooth, leading to a dark bitter chocolate finish. |

| Malt - The majority of the grist was made up of Marris Otter an imported English pale malt with a 10% addition of Fawcett English crystal giving a distinct toffee character |

| Yeast & Fermentation - The wort was inoculated with a top fermenting English ale yeast. The fermentation was conducted at 18°C over 6 days |

| The Beer - Pop Bells has a distinct cloudy appearance due to the fact that it has not been filtered, a small amount of yeast remains, making this a “living beer”. The honey/toffee aroma on the nose is a direct result of the high quality imported malts. The complex nose of this beer leads to a full malt driven palate finishing with the clear bitterness from the East Kent Goldings. 5.2 % Alcohol |
