Following fermentation the beer was chilled to 2<sup>0</sup>C and stored for a further 2 weeks before kegging.</strong></td>

The honey/toffee aroma on the nose is a direct result of the high quality imported malts.  The complex nose of this beer leads to a full malt driven palate finishing with the clear bitterness from the East Kent  Goldings. 5.2 % Alcohol</strong></td>
